“Sometimes we are living in the ‘in-between-times’ when we’re no longer who we used to be, but haven’t yet arrived at our next stage even”. ~ Marian Williamson
I am a Personal Growth Facilitator, Reiki and Crystal Healing Practitioner and Jewellery Maker.
I work primarily with women midlife and beyond, who are feeling stuck and disempowered and wanting to move on from situations or a lifestyle that no longer serves them. I help them to connect with their ‘inner wise woman/sage’ and bloom into the women they are meant to be, living the life that they truly want to be living.
“It takes courage to push to places that you have never been before, to test your limits, to break through barriers. And the day came when the risk it took to remain tight inside the bud was more painful than the risk it took to bloom”. ~ Anais Nin
Working with you:-
I certified as a life coach in 2006. My coaching, advisory and mentoring style is empathetic. I provide confidential compassionate and non-judgemental, uplifting, intuitive insight in a supportive environment. I facilitate and empower – combining a range of creative, spiritual, personal development, coaching tools and techniques to create a coaching style personalised to your individual needs – this will include visualisation, journal keeping, the use of affirmations, creating a vision board, collages and maybe creating simple pieces of symbolic jewellery.
Face to face sessions are held in Forest Hill, South East London. If it is more practical for you, sessions can be conducted via skype and/or email. For more information about my services and costs, please contact me

“Dear Val, just a wee card to say thank you for the life coaching sessions. I really feel like I’ve given the Universe a big shake and got everything moving towards dreams that are now dear. In putting down practical steps I feel more empowered and excited by my future – a reversal of the uncertainty and trepidation that I previously felt”. MF
“I felt that I was being helped to clarify my own priorities rather than being told what I should be doing, and this is empowering!” PH, Cambridge
